Notifications inform and update you about the current status of areas such as Jobs, Estimates, Proposed Works and the In-Tray and let you know when action is required from you.

Enabling or Disabling Notifications

The "Disable RPM Notifications" System Setting determines whether notifications are on or off for all users.

If notifications are enabled, you can turn them off for an individual user.

To do this:

1. Click System in the main toolbar.
   
   
2. Select System Parameter.
   
   
3. Select User Login.
   
   
4. Choose the relevant user and double click to open the Amend User screen.
   
   
5. Tick Disable Toaster Popups.
   
   
   
   
6. Click Save and Close.
   
   
7. The user will need to log out and back in to apply changes.
   
   
   

Managing Notifications

Notifications appear as pop-up cards on the right of the screen. You can click into most notifications to be taken to the relevant area.

Click the bell icon at the top right to see all recent notifications.

You can customise how often (in seconds) the system checks for new notifications with the "Notification Frequency" System Setting.
