Blockworx is an all-in-one portal and app that helps contractors manage their work with property factors. It centralises admin tasks and reduces manual work for both contractors and CPL users.

This section guides you on working efficiently with contractors using Blockworx and explains how it connects with CPL. 

It covers processing contractor link requests to PL accounts, managing estimates, jobs, and invoices, approving Diarised Charge invoices, and reviewing insurance and accreditation documents submitted by contractors.
