Blockworx is an all-in-one portal and app that helps contractors manage their work with property factors. When contractors use Blockworx, it centralises administrative tasks and reduces manual work for both them and for you in CPL.
This section provides guidance on working more effectively with contractors using Blockworx and explains its impact on CPL. You'll find articles on processing link requests from contractors to the correct PL accounts, managing estimates, jobs and invoices and approving contractor invoices for Diarised Charges. You will also learn how to approve insurance and accreditation documents submitted by contractors.

If you're not using Blockworx with your contractors but are interested, please contact CPL to learn more about its benefits and efficiencies.
It’s helpful for users to have notifications enabled so they are alerted to various Blockworx actions and comments from contractors. To receive these notifications, the "Disable Toaster Popups" option must be unchecked in their user account.
