Creating Direct Debits and Making Payments in the Web Portal

If the GoCardless integration is turned on, your clients can make payments and set up direct debits  in the Web Portal via GoCardless.

Make a Payment

  1. Click on the Make Payment button on the Home page.

  2. The Payment section will appear, showing the amount but no other details (such as name, address etc.).

  3. The amount will default to the balance but it can be amended.

  4. Select Process Payment to be taken to the GoCardless page where the payment will need to be finalised.

Create a Direct Debit Mandate

  1. Click on the Setup Direct Debit button.

  2. Select the day of the month you would like to pay on. Choose any day between the 1st and the 28th of the month. Click Continue.

  3. Select the Payment Frequency (Monthly or Quarterly).

  4. Click I Wish to Setup a Direct Debit to be taken to the GoCardless page where the set-up will need to be finalised.
