Go Cardless - Creating Direct Debits and Making Payments in the Web Portal

 If the Go Cardless integration is activated, your clients can make payments by bank transfer and set up direct debits in the Web Portal.

Make a Payment

  1. Click Make Payment on the Home page.

  2. The Payment section will appear on the left.

  3. The amount defaults to the current balance but it can be changed.

  4. Click Process Payment to go to the Go Cardless page, where the payment can be finalised.

Create a Direct Debit Mandate

  1. Click Setup Direct Debit.

  2. Select the day of the month you'd like to pay on, from the 1st to the 28th. Click Continue.

  3. Choose the Payment Frequency (Monthly or Quarterly).

  4. Click I Wish to Setup a Direct Debit to go to the GoCardless page, where the set-up will can be finalised.
