Estimates - Cancelling an Estimate

This article is part of the Estimates section.
You may decide you no longer need an estimate and want to cancel it.
To do this:
- Navigate to the Estimates tab.
- Find your Estimate Request in the grid, and double-click or click Amend to open.
- Click the Cancel Estimate button in the left action panel.

- Click Yes on the confirmation pop-up.

- The estimate State will change to Cancelled in the grid and on the pin-panel.
- When searching for cancelled estimates in the main Estimates tab, you will need to select Archived or All from the filters.

- You can reactivate a cancelled Estimate by opening it and clicking the Reactivate Estimate button.

This reverts the State to Population.

You cannot cancel an Estimate once a quote has been accepted.
