To access the Contact Types settings:
- Select System from the toolbar.
- From the dropdown, select System Parameter.
- Finally, select Contact Types.

Contact Types window, where you can add new types, amend existing types or delete types, as required.

To add a new type:
- Click Add New.

- Enter a Contact Type Code and Description.

- Click Save and Close.
