Amending a Planned Maintenance Record

You can return to an individual Planned Maintenance record if you want to edit it. All of the original fields are editable.

For example, a building may be having a roof repair and you don’t want to process the next instance of a gutter cleaning job until the roof repair is completed. You would then want to move the date on.

To do this:
  1. Navigate to the Planned Maintenance tab.

  2. Use the filters at the bottom to search for your Planned Maintenance record.

  3. Highlight the record in the grid and double click, or click the Amend button to open.

  4. On the individual record, change the Next Run Day field to the new date.

  5. Click Save.

Deleting a Planned Maintenance record

If you decide you no longer need a regular job, you can delete the Planned Maintenance record to cancel it.

To do this:
  1. Open the Planned Maintenance record.

  2. Tick the Delete box on the bottom left of the screen.

  3. Click Save.

  4. A pop-up will confirm that the Planned Maintenance has been amended.

The record will now be deleted, and you will need to set the filter to Archived or All when searching for it in the main Planned Maintenance tab.

You can reinstate the record by unticking the Delete box, and saving again.
