Jobs Maintenance - Reporting

Reports
There are several built-in reports that you can use to keep track of Jobs.
These can all be accessed by selecting Reports - Jobs Reports from the top menu.
- Jobs Report - this report will give you a breakdown of all jobs instructed within a specified date range, broken down by contractor. You can filter on Job Type, Development or Property Manager.
- Jobs Type Analysis Report - this report provides a breakdown of jobs by Job Type within a specified date range for a specific contractor.
- Reprint Job Work Order - this will allow you to enter an Order Number and see a preview of the Work Order. You can then reprint it and send by post.
You can also set up your own report under Reports > New Report.

Jobs Dashboard card
You can manage jobs at PSC status from the Jobs card inside the Dashboard. This is helpful to keep track of any delays in moving jobs from Stage 1 to Stage 2.
To access the Dashboard, click the Stats button in the top menu.
This card tells you how many jobs you and your subordinates have that are awaiting confirmation from the contractor that they can undertake the work.
