Jobs Maintenance - Job Statuses

Below is a list of all possible Job statuses.
Code | Description | Notes |
CAN
| Cancelled
| Jobs will change to CAN when the Cancel button is clicked at Stage 1 or 2. |
RR
| RAMS Requested | Jobs will change to RR if you tick Yes against RAMS Required at Stage 2. |
NAT | No Action Taken | Jobs will changed to NAT if you tick No against Action at Stage 1 or 2. You cannot cancel a job at NAT status. |
EST | Estimate Requested | Jobs that started as Estimates will be marked as EST when they have been completed. |
PW | Proposed Works | Jobs that started as Proposed Works will be marked as PW when they have been completed. |
INC | Internally Completed | Jobs will change to INC if you click the Complete Internally button at Stage 3. You cannot cancel a job at INC status. |
CAI | Complete and Awaiting Invoice | Jobs will change to CAI if you click the Complete Work Order button at Stage 3, or choose to complete the Job in Purchase Ledger Transactions. |
EXC | Externally Completed | Jobs will change to EXC when you post an invoice against the Job via the In-Tray or Purchase Ledger Transactions. You cannot cancel a job at EXC status. |
JIP | Job in Progress | Jobs will change to JIP after Work Orders are sent at Stage 2. |
AUT | Authorisation Required | Jobs will change to AUT when they are awaiting authorisation. |
PSC | Phone Sub-Contractor | Jobs will change to PSC after Stage 1 is completed. This means you are ready to contact your contractor to confirm they are able to take on the job. |
The Jobs Maintenance process is designed to work linearly from conception to completion. As you move through the different steps of raising your job, creating and sending the work order etc., the status will automatically update as appropriate for each stage. However, if there is a business requirement for a status change, please raise a ticket with our support team who will be able to help.
