You can use In-Tray Memos to manage follow-up actions and ensure greater visibility for your users.

To add an In-Tray memo:
  1. Navigate to one of the following tabs: Clients, Developments, Purchase Ledger, Jobs Maintenance, Proposed Works.

  2. Highlight the relevant account from the grid, right click and select Add In-Tray Memo.



  3. Choose a Memo Type from the dropdown, and a User to allocate the memo to.



  4. Enter a description, and click Save Memo



  5. This will save the memo to the selected account, and also place it in the Pending Correspondence tray for the selected user.



  6. The user can right-click on the memo in the In-Tray and select Open Linked Record to open the linked account. 

  7. Once the memo has been actioned, right-click and select Set Selected File to Allocated.


Idea
You can create a user report using the In-Tray Category and In-Tray Memos Focus to show you all Pending In-Tray memos for each user.
