Using Assistimo

  1. Click the question mark icon in the top right corner.



  2. Assistimo will open in the bottom right of the screen.



  3. Type a question into the box and click the send icon, or hit Enter on your keyboard, to send.



  4. Assistimo will access a range of data sets to provide a suitable answer.

  5. If Assistimo is unable to respond, it will prompt you to try again.



  6. You can only ask to view information. You cannot change or delete data using Assistimo.

  7. The output is limited to 15 results. For example, if you ask Assistimo to provide a list of clients and order it by highest outstanding debt, it will only show the top 15.

  8. If you close the chat window but remain in the same Property Portal session, the chat history will still be there when you re-open Assistimo.

  9. Refreshing the site will clear the chat history.
