Management Fees - Amending or Increasing Management Fees

Management Fees

You can use the Management Fees tab in Client Global to process Management fee uplifts and amendments.

To do this:

1. Navigate to the Clients tab.
   
   
2. Click the Global button to open the Client Global Actions screen.
   
   
   
   
3. Select the Management Fees tab.
   
   
4. Choose Increase Management Fees from the Management Fee Type dropdown.
   
   
5. In the Amend Type dropdown, select what type of amendment or increase you want to apply.
   
   
   
   
1. Increase by Percentage - increase all fees by the percentage entered here.
   
2. Increase by Amount - increase all fees by the specific amount entered here. For example, if your fees are 400.00 and you set this to 200.00 it would add that to the current fee and the new fee would be 600.00.
   
3. Replace with Amount - replace all current fees with the amount entered here.
   
4. Replace Specific Amount - choose a From Amount and To Amount. For example, if you select 400.00 to 600.00 this will change all fees that are currently set to 400.00 to 600.00.
   
   
6. Once you have entered all your details, click Amend Fees to apply the change.
   
   
   

Amending Management Fees in Bulk using the Batch Update Tool

The Management Fee amount can also be updated for multiple properties using the Batch Update tool.

To do this:

1. Open the Development.
   
   
2. Click the Properties tab.
   
   
3. Click Batch Update in the action panel on the left.
   
   
   
   
4. Choose an individual Block or All Blocks from the dropdown at the top.
   
   
5. Tick the Include box next to Fee and enter the amount you want to set against the selected properties.
   
   
   
   
6. Click Save.
   
   
7. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click Yes to proceed.
   
   
8. Close the Batch Update window.
