  1. If you only want to process fees for sold clients, tick the box labelled Sold Clients
    1. This adds the fees to the sold clients’ accounts.
    2. The Exclude Management Fees box will then be ticked for these clients, so they will be excluded when running the management fees process for the rest of your clients.
Notes
The "Reinstate Management Fees On Sale Deletion" System Setting can be set to untick the Exclude Management Fees box if a sale is deleted.
  1. Set the Charge Date Code you want to process fees for.

  4. You must select a Budget Heading. This will normally be Management Fees.
    1. Budget Headings are configured in System - System Parameter - Budget Headings.

  5. Click Print Prelist to open the Client Management Fee Prelist report in a new window.
    1. You can use the icons at the top of the report to save  and print .

  6. Close the report and click Process Fees.

  7. A pop-up will confirm the number of properties having fees run. Click Yes to proceed.

  8. A progress bar will appear, followed by a confirmation window. Click OK to dismiss.

  9. Management Fees are processed straight to the Charge File.
    1. Once the process is complete, you can view the fees on the Charge Transaction tab on the individual Client accounts. They will be picked up from here on the next invoicing run.
    2. If some clients are not charged, check if Exclude Management Fees is ticked on the client account. If the Account Type is set to Developer, they will also not be charged Management Fees.
Notes
The "Management Fee Description" System Setting allows you to configure the description that will be displayed on Management Fee charges on your invoices.
