Emailing Invoices from Your Invoice Software Package Directly to Blockworx

Introduction
Blockworx contains an assisted invoice upload feature based on AI functionality which will enable you to upload multiple invoice files you have generated in an accountancy package in a batch instead of having to upload these one by one against individual Jobs or Required Invoices for contract work.
A Blockworx Invoice Deposit email address has been generated for you and you can find this in the Assisted Invoice Setup screen in the Admin area. This means you will be able to email invoices from your invoice software package directly to the Assisted Invoice Processing screen for you to submit against jobs and required invoices.
You will need to have made sure that the Assisted Invoices tool is set up correctly. If you have not yet done this, then this article will take you through the steps required to make sure the assisted invoice message is configured correctly for your invoices. This is a crucial step in preparing for being able to upload your invoices in bulk.
Locating Your Blockworx Email Address
- Click on the ADMIN link in your Blockworx header.
- This will open the ADMIN screen where you can click on the Assisted Invoice Setup tab.
- Your Invoice Deposit Address will be listed towards the top of this screen.
- In the example above you will see that the Assisted Invoice Setup tab contains a Blockworx Invoice Deposit email address. You will be able to locate yours in the same place in your Blockworx account.
Using Your Blockworx Invoice Deposit Email Address
Any invoice PDFs sent as attachments on an email sent to your Blockworx email address will be automatically deposited into the Assisted Invoice Processing screen for you to link to any jobs and required invoice records and submit to the property management company.
Make sure you use all lower case letters for your company name when typing the email address.

You will only be able to receive to receive jobs and required invoices requests from property management companies you are already linked with on Blockworx. This article will take you through the process of linking to a property management company.
