There may be times when you want to change client credit control statuses in bulk. You can do this using the Client Control Status Batch Update tool.

To do this:
  1. Navigate to the Clients tab

  2. Click Client Global

  3. Select the Client Control Status Batch Update tab

  4. Select your Status From (the current status) and Status To (what you want to change it to)

  5. Select your Charge Date Code - this will allow you to only pick up clients on this code. You can leave this blank to pick up all clients.

  6. Select a Review Date

  7. Enter an Amount - the amount you enter here will be ringfenced from reminders if placing the client(s) on a Dispute type

  8. Enter a Narrative - this will pre-populate based on the selections you made in the Status From and Status To dropdowns, but you can edit it

  9. Use the tick boxes to narrow down your results
    1. Global Dispute
    2. Include Voluntary Floats - picks up Developments that do not have the Sue for Float box ticked on the Development Master
    3. Include Voluntary Advances - picks up Developments that have the Advanced Charge box ticked on the Development Master
    4. Minimum/Maximum Balance - only pick up clients with a balance above/below the amounts set here

  10. Click the PreList button to view which clients will be affected
    1. Your prelist will appear in the grid at the bottom

  11. If you are happy with the prelist, click Process

  12. Click Yes on the pop-up if you want to continue, and a second one will appear to confirm the statuses have been changed

  13. Click OK to dismiss the message and complete the process

Info
