System Parameters - Creating Offices

Offices are used to set geographical areas covered by your management company. Developments can be assigned to an office, and you can then filter by office in different areas of the system.
To access the Offices settings:
- Select System from the toolbar.
- From the dropdown, select System Parameter.
- Finally, select Offices.
This will open the Offices window, where you can add new offices, amend existing offices or delete offices, as required.
To delete an office:
- Highlight it in the grid.
- Click Delete in the action bar on the left.
- This will open the Choose New Office screen, where you can select a new office from the dropdown to assign to all developments currently assigned to the one you are deleting.
- Click OK to save.
- A pop-up will ask you to confirm you want to delete the office. Click Yes to proceed.
