When editing a template during a mail merge, make sure you use fields from only one View/Table.

If you're sending the template as-is, you can use fields from multiple Views/Tables.

Here are the mail merge fields available for your templates:

1. With the add-in, you can choose from ten Views.
2. Without the add-in, you can choose from ten Tables.

The list below includes fields from both the add-in and the Mailings tab.

Fields in the add-in are sorted alphabetically.
