Introduction

When you create a Blockworx company account you will automatically be the administrator for that account. If you would like other people in your company to access Blockworx, it is best practice for them to have their own accounts. In this section, you will find articles covering everything you need to manage users in Blockworx. There are no restrictions in Blockworx for the number of users you can create or have active in the system at any one time.

The series of articles linked above will guide you through adding user accounts for other people in your company, setting permissions and configuring notifications as explained below.

Methods for Adding Users to Your Company Account

You can give users a code to allow them to create their own user accounts or you can make it slightly easier for them by creating user accounts yourself and have Blockworx send them an email to sign up. The information in this section will let you decide which option will work best for you.

User Groups and Permissions

You can also create additional groups of users which would allow you to set custom permissions against these individual groups.

Notifications

To keep your company up to date and make sure that you don’t miss anything related to your account, Blockworx can send out email notifications for the Blockworx web portal and you can also receive notifications in your Blockworx app. One of the articles in this section will take you through the steps of configuring notifications for yourself and other users and also how they can configure their own notifications.

Alert
You will have to set up a Blockworx Subscription to be able to set up additional users. This article will guide you through the process of setting up a Blockworx Subscription.
