Developments - Development Roles
This article is part of the Developments section.
The Roles tab on each development allows you to create other roles for a development, in addition to the Property Manager and Credit Control Manager. You can then assign a user to each role.
Adding a Role
- Select the Roles tab on a development.
- Click Add.

- The RoleID will be pre-populated.
- Select a Role from the dropdown. The options are set in System Parameters. See: System Parameters - Creating Development Roles
- Select a user from the User Name dropdown.
- The ShowOnWebPortal box determines whether details of this role appear alongside the Property Manager details on the Residents Portal. If the role was configured to automatically appear on the Web Portal when it was created, the ShowOnWebPortal box will be ticked by default. You can untick it if required.

- Click Save.

Deleting a Role
- Highlight the role in the grid.
- Click Delete.
- A pop-up will ask for confirmation you want to delete the role. Click Yes to proceed.
- Click Save.
- The role will now be hidden, but it can still be viewed by clicking Show Deleted at the top right.

- If you delete a role in error, highlight it in the grid and click Reinstate.
