Uploading Your Company Logo

Blockworx includes the option to upload your own quotes and invoices. However, if you don't have a system which can create quotes and invoices then Blockworx can do this for you. This article will guide you through the process of uploading your company logo to enable you to use this if you are choosing to use the Blockworx created quotes and invoices rather than upload your own. Once you have uploaded your company logo, these Blockworx created quotes and invoices - which you can submit to property management companies will then contain this logo.

You can only upload your logo through the Blockworx Web Portal and not in the App.

Please Note, only those users with Administrator privileges will be able to upload a company logo.  If this option is not available to you, you are not an Administrator for your company account and will need someone with the correct privileges to be able to do this

Accessing the Company Settings Area in the Admin Section

1. Click on the main Admin tab in the Blockworx header area.
   
   
2. This will take you to the Admin area where you can click on the Company Settings tab.
   This will open the Your Company Settings screen.
   This tab contains the information you provided when you created your company account along with an option to upload your company logo and format settings for invoices if you are choosing to have your invoices generated by Blockworx.

Uploading your Company Logo

1. Click on the orange Upload Your Company Logo button on the right of your screen.
   This will open a window on your computer which will allow you to browse for a company logo that you would like to upload.
   
   
2. Navigate to the folder on your computer containing your company logo and either double-click on this file or click to highlight it and then click on the Open button in the explorer window.
   Once this has uploaded to Blockworx, your company logo will appear on the right of the Your Company Settings screen.
   
   

Using your company logo on quotes and invoices

Anywhere in Blockworx where you see an option to Create Your Quote or to Create Your Invoice will now be able to make use of the company logo you have uploaded.

 

How to Change your company logo

You can choose to change the company logo you have uploaded at any point.

1. Return to the Company Settings screen by clicking on Admin in the Blockworx header area.
   
   
2. Click on the Company Settings tab.
   
   
3. Click on the orange Upload Your Company Logo button on the right of your screen underneath the company logo you have already uploaded.
   
   
4. When the additional window opens, navigate to the folder on your computer containing the new company logo and either double-click on this file or click to highlight it and then click on the Open button in the separate window to replace your existing logo.

 The next time you use the Create Your Quote or Create Your Invoice options within Blockworx, the system will use your new logo.
