Property Portal - Scheduling: My Calendar

The My Calendar page, found under the Scheduling menu, provides an overview of your scheduled meetings and tasks.

InfoMeetings appear with a blue background. Tasks are shown in green. 



Use the Today, Back or Next buttons in the top-left corner to move between time periods.

To switch views, choose from Month, Week, Work Week or Agenda in the top-right corner.
  1. For a complete list of all your MeetingsTasks and Events, select the Agenda view.

Click any calendar entry to view or manage its details. You can:
  1. Click the clock icon to view the history log for the entry.

  2. Delete the entry using the bin icon.

  3. Edit the title, dates and description.

  4. Click View Meeting or View User Task to open the full meeting or task details.
    1. To close the pop-up, click anywhere else on the page.



You can create ad-hoc events directly on the My Calendar page. These events:
  1. Appear in orange
  2. Are visible (and editable) both here and on the Dashboard.

To add an ad-hoc event, click the + sign in the top-right corner or click anywhere on the calendar.
