If you notice the Outlook Add-In is missing from the menu bar, Outlook may have disabled it.
Reinstating an Inactive Add-In
If you haven't used the Add-In for a while, Outlook will disable it.
Follow the steps below to reinstate the Add-in:
- Open Outlook and click File in the top left of the menu bar.

- Click Options at the bottom of the left panel.

- Click Add-ins towards the bottom of the menu panel on the left.

- Locate RPMOutlookInTrayAddIn from the list in the middle of the screen. It should be under Inactive Application Add-ins.

- At the bottom of the screen, select COM Add-ins from the Manage dropdown and then click Go.

- Select RPMOutlookInTrayAddin from the Add-ins available and tick the box next to it. Click OK to apply.

- The Add-In should now be available in the ribbon at the top of Outlook.

- If you don't see it, restart Outlook.
Reinstating a Slow Add-In
Outlook may also disable the Add-In to improve performance.
To check this:
- Open Outlook and click File in the top left of the menu bar.

- Click the Manage COM Add-Ins button.

- This will open the Slow and Disabled Add-ins screen. Here you will see a list of add-ins that have been disabled.

- Locate RPMOutlookInTrayAddIn on the list and click Options.

- Select the radio button next to Do not monitor this add-in for the next 30 days. This will prevent Outlook from disabling the add-in for the next month.

- Click Apply and Close.
