Your account in Blockworx is linked to one or more property management companies. If you need information such as reference numbers for required invoices, you'll need to contact the relevant company directly. 

Finding The Contact Details

  1. Log in to your Blockworx account.

  2. Go to the Companies tab on the top navigation bar.



  3. Here, you can see the companies you are linked to, along with their contact details. 



When to Contact Them

  1. To request a list of reference numbers for required invoices.

  2. If you are unsure which reference to use on an invoice.

  3. For clarification on Jobs, Quotes or Required Invoices.
