Creating Memo Types

Memo Types enable you to categorise memos systematically based on their purpose or subject matter. This ensures that all recorded memos are organised and easily identifiable, facilitating efficient tracking, retrieval, and management of information across various aspects of your operations.

To access the Memo Types settings:

  1. Select Systems from the toolbar.

  2. From the drop-down menu, choose System Parameter.

  3. Finally, select Memo Types.



This will open the Memo Types window, where you can add new codes, amend existing ones, or delete codes as required.

The Used In section specifies where within the software the memo type will be created. The Creation Alert setting determines if the memo will appear as a pop-up when accessing the designated Used In location.
