Property Portal - Clients: Client Portal Users
This article is part of the Property Portal section.
Once a client has created their Client Portal account, their details — including account status and Terms and Conditions acceptance — can be viewed in the Property Portal.
- To access this, go to Clients > Client Portal Users:
- Click View User Details next to a client to open a screen where you can:
- Update the client’s name
- Change their email address
- Check if their account is disabled
- Disable their account
- Require a password change for them
- View linked client accounts
- Use the Save button to confirm changes or Cancel to discard them:
