Once a client has created their Client Portal account, their details — including account status and Terms and Conditions acceptance — can be viewed in the Property Portal.

  1. To access this, go to Clients > Client Portal Users:

  1. Click View User Details next to a client to open a screen where you can:

    1. Update the client’s name
    2. Change their email address
    3. Check if their account is disabled
    4. Disable their account
    5. Require a password change for them
    6. View linked client accounts
    7. Use the Save button to confirm changes or Cancel to discard them:
