Viewing Client Notices in the Credit Control tab
Once you have accepted and sent out a Client Notices batch, you can navigate to the Credit Control tab on the individual client account to view it.
The Credit Control tab shows a full history of all Client Notices sent to that client, along with any changes to the Credit Control Status.

A Client Notice will appear on the grid as a Narrative entry, with the reminder stage and batch number in the Description. If you have a disputed amount on a client, you will also see that this has been excluded in the Description of the reminder entry e.g. "(exclude disputes of £100)"
You will see a second entry on the grid for the credit control status change, if applied. The Description will indicate it was added as part of the Client Notices process e.g. "Add via 2 generation" (added via Stage 2 Reminder generation).

If you resolve the status, it will not reset the Client Notices workflow. You need to issue a new invoice to reset the arrears process.
Viewing an individual reminder
To view the actual document that was issued to the client:
- Highlight the relevant Narrative entry for your reminder (not the entry for the status change).
- Click the View Reminder button.
- You can print a copy from here using the printer icon in the top toolbar.

If you send or re-send the notices via Mail Merge, they will also appear in the Letters Documents tab on the client account.
