Connect - Admin: Working Hours
This article is part of the Connect section.
Go to the Working Hours section in the Admin menu to set your standard hours and any exceptions.
Standard Working Hours
- Click the pencil icon under Standard Working Hours.
- Set your start and end time for each day.
- Tick the Is open? box for working days.
- Leave it unticked for days when your office is closed.
- Click Save:

Override Working Hours
- To add exceptions to your standard hours:
- Click the + icon under Override Working Hours.
- Enter the start and end date and time for the exception.
- Tick the Is open? box if the office is open during that time.
- Click Save.
You can also:
- Click the pencil icon to edit an exception.
- Click the red bin icon to delete an exception.


You can add multiple exceptions.

Working Hours affect SLAs in tasks and cases. These are calculated based on the opening times you specify under Working Hours.
