Connect - Admin - Working Hours

In the Admin menu, select Working Hours to set up your standard working hours and any exceptions:
Standard Working Hours
- Under Standard Working Hours, click the pencil icon to set your start and end time for each day. Check the Is open? box for working days and leave it unchecked for days your office is closed. Click Save:
Override Working Hours
- Under Override Working Hours, click the plus icon to set exceptions to your normal hours.
- Specify the start and end date and time for the exception and check the Is open? box if the office is open during that time. Click Save.
- Click the pencil icon to edit an exception.
- Click the red bin icon to delete an exception.
You can add multiple exceptions.
Working Hours affect SLAs in tasks and cases, which are calculated based on the opening times you specify under Working Hours.
