To add a QR code or label printer to a user account, follow these steps:
- First find the Printer Name: open the print dialog from any document on your machine.
- Look for your QR printer in the list of available printers.
- If the QR printer is missing, check that printer sharing is enabled on any remote desktop connection:

- Copy the full printer name. Example: ZDesigner GK420ds (redirected 44).
- In the system, go to System > System Parameter > User Login and double-click the correct user.
- Paste or type the printer name into the QR Printer Name field:

- Click Save and Close (top-left of the screen).
- Log out and back in to apply the new setting.
You can now print QR codes.
