To add a QR code or label printer to a user account, follow these steps:

  1. First find the Printer Name: open the print dialog from any document on your machine.
    1. Look for your QR printer in the list of available printers.
    2. If the QR printer is missing, check that printer sharing is enabled on any remote desktop connection:



  2. Copy the full printer name. Example: ZDesigner GK420ds (redirected 44).

  3. In the system, go to System > System Parameter > User Login and double-click the correct user.
  1. Paste or type the printer name into the QR Printer Name field:



  2. Click Save and Close (top-left of the screen).

  3. Log out and back in to apply the new setting.

You can now print QR codes.
