Contacting Support

Your UK-based Proptimo Contractor support team are available Monday to Friday from 09:00am to 5:00pm with the exception of public holidays.

  1. You can submit a support ticket using this link.




    1. Click on the Submit Ticket button in the Blockworx area on the right of the screen.

    2. Fill in the details on the screen and include as much information about the issue as possible.

    3. There is an option to add any supporting files such as a screen capture to help illustrate your query.

    4. Click on the Submit button at the bottom of the form.

    5. All Support issues submitted are assessed by our team for business impact based on the information you are able to provide.

    6. The team will respond to you on the email address you have provided.
