Once you are happy that your prelist is correct, you need to accept your Client Notices before you can send out letters.

Change Credit Control Statuses

To change the credit control status as part of the process, select the target status from the 'On Accept, Change Credit Control Statuses' dropdown before accepting your notices.

NotesThere is a System Setting called "Stop Client Notice Batch With No CC Status" that will prevent you accepting the batch if a credit control status is not selected.

Accepting Client Notices

To accept your Client Notices:
  1. Click the Accept Notices button.

  1. You will see a pop-up asking you to confirm you want to accept these notices.

  1. Click Yes to accept the notice type you have selected in the top filter. This will also apply any Late Payment Fees to the client accounts and update the credit control statuses to the one selected (if applicable).

  1. The progress bar will allow you to keep track of this stage of the process.

  1. Click the Show Details button to see which notices have been accepted, and any error messages.

  1. Once the batch has been accepted, you will see a success window confirming Batch Successfully Completed. The batch number will appear above the prelist grid, next to the New Batch button.

Make a note of your Batch Number – you will need this if you want to reprint your reminders, or reload the batch.

You are now ready to send out your Client Notice letters.
